💳 Deposit & Payment

To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is required within 48 hours after confirming your date and package.

The deposit is deducted from the final price.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Revolut (details provided after booking).

Terms & Conditions

1. Bouncy Castle & Equipment

Our bouncy castle is fully insured and PAT tested for safety.

Maximum number of children allowed on the bouncy castle at one time: 15.

Children must be supervised by parents at all times while using the bouncy castle.

No adults are allowed on the bouncy castle.

No food is allowed on the bouncy castle.

Children must not climb the walls or go down the slide head-first.

The bouncy castle will be switched off during eating times or other non-play activities.

All equipment used by the entertainers must not be touched by children or adults unless instructed.

Socks must be worn at all times while using the bouncy castle.

2. Safety & Supervision

While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries during the event.

Children must be supervised by parents or guardians throughout all activities.

3. Food & Hygiene

Our entertainers are DBS checked and compliant with food hygiene regulations.

Parents are responsible for tidying their own tables after the party.

4. Certificates & Compliance

5. Deposit & Cancellation

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

6. Venue & Parking

Maximum number of children attending the party: 30.

Parking is available at all cooperating venues.
